Good Day
I have a question, which might sound strange.
I use to have a XC60 2010 with a trailer hitch. Before i sold it we removed the hitch and module as well as the wiring harness.
We have refitted it all to the new XC60 2016, but for obvious reasons the module needs to be programmed onto the ECU.
My question is, (and this is confusing) according to the service Center, the trailer module can only be programmed once.
I can't see that Volvo would create such a limitation on equipment.
Any input is in this regard would be appreciated.
